Twitter is treating me like a bot

While I understand that Twitter is currently experiencing severe challenges with bots seeking to scrape it for loads of user data, one consequence is Twitter is currently treating me like one. As a result, I am unable to engage with anyone on the platform. At all. Not only am I unable to tweet, I cannot like anyone else’s. This is especially frustrating seeing that other accounts, including quite a few unverified ones, appear to be able to communicate.
